Dozens of oil tankers piled up as Iraqi protesters block the road to a refinery

Shafaq News / Protesters blocked the road leading to Samawah oil refinery in Muthanna province, as part of the escalating peace steps following the tensions that accompanied the demonstrations in Iraq since the beginning of this week.

Witnesses said that dozens of tankers carrying oil and its derivatives accumulated after the protesters prevented their crossing into Samawah Refinery.
