Snow closes a main road between Erbil and Duhok

Shafaq News / The consistent snow density caused by the cold wave in Kurdistan Region has caused the closure of Erbil-Duhok road.
"K 24" TV channel reported on Monday, that as a result of snowfall and a sharp drop in temperature, Erbil-Duhok road in Baadri was closed.
Municipality teams are making efforts to clear snow and reopen roads again.
