2626 protesters released and 181 interrogated

Shafaq News / The Information Center of the Supreme Judicial Council announced the release of 2,626 protesters.

The council said in a statement received by Shafaq News that "the real bodies charged with examining the cases of demonstrations announced the release of (2626) detainees from peaceful demonstrators until 12/12/2019."

The statement added that "(181) detainees are still being investigated for the crimes attributed to them according to the law."
