Shafaq News/ While the attempts of the presidencies and leaders of political blocs is continuing to hold a national conference, which everyone emphasizes on the need to be held at the earliest opportunity to solve the problems arising from differences between the blocs of the law and Iraqi forces against the background of the charges against Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi who resorted to the Kurdistan Region, some statements of some officials suggest they will not attend this conferencepersonally.The adviser of the prime minister for the Kurdistan Region revealed, on Tuesday,  the formation of a preparatory committee of the main three blocs to find a mechanism to hold the National Congress, noting that one of the most important files before the Committee is the matter of not attending the Prime Minister to the conference, if it is held outside Baghdad.

According to parliamentary sources to "Shafaq  News", the President Jalal Talabani, who returned to Baghdad yesterday, is planning to convene a summit of leaders of political blocs before the  general national conference.

"Given the latest developments taking place in the political process was the formation of a preparatory committee has been formed with the membership of the three main blocs of the National Alliance and the Kurdistan Alliance and the coalition of Iraqia  to find a mechanism to negotiate and bring the visions of the National Congress closer ." Adel Al Berwari said in an interview with "Shafaq  News"

Berwari indicates that "the majority agreed that the place of the conference is Baghdad, but there are changes in attitudes, some reports indicated that Iyad Allawi proposed Sulaymaniyah to be the place of the conference."

He said that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki is likely not to attend to the National Congress in the event it  has been held in a place other than Baghdad.

The MP of the Iraqia List, Nahida Daini said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that "Iraqia will not attend the General National Congress without receiving real guarantees to ensure the compliance of the application of the Constitution, and the implementation of the agreements concluded between the blocs, and also it will not attend in case of formation of committees of the blocs to discuss other disputes and outstanding issues again. "

The MP of the coalition of Kurdish blocs Ashwaq Aljaff said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" "There are many reasons that make Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani ,not  to attend the National Conference  in event it has been held  in Baghdad, including security situation deteriorating and the escalating between the political blocs," asserting that "all These reasons make Baghdad as unsuitable  place for the conference. "

"Erbil has adopted the meetings that resulted the formation of the current government and the signing of agreements between the political blocs, according to these data there is no problem with Erbil to be the place of the conference " indicating that "the lack of agreement on the place of the conference is a negative indicator." She added .

She considered likely that "the Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways will represent the region's president Massoud Barzani if the blocs agree to hold the national conference in Baghdad."
