Shafaq News/ The Iraqia List, criticized Thursday, the way acted by the United States of America for the Iraqi file, while pointing out to the efforts of "subjecting the state to the Da’awa Party," warning that the involvement of "League of the Righteous"( Asa’ib Ahl Al- haq) in the political process, will move Iraq to the "terrible fate" .It said in a statement issued by, the President of the bloc, Iyad Allawi, and House Speaker Osama Najaifi, and Finance Minister Rafi’e al-Issawi, "Shafaq  News" received copy of, that Iraq "today stands on the threshold of a disaster.""Since the Iraqi elections in 2010 and we have been seeing efforts to subject the State to Da’awa party of Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki and undermine the independence of the judiciary and the threat of the opposition, and the dismantling of independent institutions that sought to support the clean elections and the fight against corruption" the statement of Iraqia bloc added , warning that "This is happening at the stage of Arab spring. While other Arab countries, take off their rulers and dictators and seek to democracy, Iraq has become a field of a war between the diverse communities so that existing policies have hampered the efforts of the identity of democracy development. "

"over the past few weeks with the end of the American military presence ,other military forces moved to fill the void .The security forces belonging to Mr. Maliki surrounded our houses and offices in the Green Zone in Baghdad, and imposed the blockade on our list. He did this  with the blessing of the judiciary, which has been politicized and the implementation of the law officials who had become an extension of Maliki's personal office. " It added.

The statement of Iraqia indicated to the measures taken by al-Maliki came "after  his return from Washington, giving the Iraqis a false impression that the United States had given him the green light to do this," pointing out that the list, "won the largest number of seats in the elections of 2010, which represents more than a quarter of all Iraqi people. "

It warned of "the threat of al-Maliki to form a government excluding the Iraqia List, and other opposing voices completely, adding:" At the same time, Maliki welcomed the engagement of Shiite militia backed by Iran known as the "League of the Righteous" in the political process, a group that has led the kidnapping and killing of five U.S. soldiers and  killed four British hostages in 2007. "

The statement appealed to the United States to make clear that "the formation of power-sharing government is the only way for Iraq and U.S. support for Maliki depends on the implementation of the Convention of Erbil and dissolution of other unconstitutional entities by which Maliki is ruling now . The aid to the army and Iraqi police and intelligence services should be conditional on  that these entities should represent the entire country not one sect or one party. "

The statement welcomed the U.S. call for another national conference to resolve the crisis, "We welcome this step and declare our readiness to resolve our problems in a peaceful manner," on condition that the Agreement of Erbil "is the starting point", and "the office of Mr. Maliki first stop issuing instructions to the units of the army and taking unilateral military appointments and seek to influence the judiciary. "

It demanded that the " Maliki’s advisor for national security to stop his complete control on the Iraqi Intelligence Service and the Department of National Security, which are supposed to be independent entities , but they have been transformed into an extension of the Da’awa party, and to stop pro-Da,awa party control on the security units, which oversees the Green Zone and threat the political opponents.
