Shafaq News/ The law of the Ba’ath Party banning seems to enter into the box of the controversial issues between the political blocs that split between those who insist on legislating it and those who preserve on it. To  get rid of that  problematic matter a representative for the Iraqia List, suggested to include it in the draft law of political parties. The Legal Committee stressed that it is impossible to include it in the draft law of parties because it contained items about prohibition of  terrorist  and expiatory activities."If the House of Representatives had legislated the bill of the parties in advance there would have been no need for legislation of the Baath Party banning law," The Iraqia List MP Walid Mohammadi said in an interview with "Shafaq News" said suggesting to include the banning law in the parties law .The House of Representatives at its second chapter of the second legislative year of the second meeting, last Tuesday, made the first reading for banning the Baath Party and entities, parties and racist activities and terrorist and expiatory draft law., "The draft law  of banning the Baath Party in principle can not be objected by any  bloc," He explained ,stressing that his list " will vote on its legislation after making amendments that ensure the equality between the spectra of the people  when applying  it."For his part, the member of the Legal Committee of Latif  Sheikh Mustafa said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that " The draft law of banning the Baath party can not be  included in the bill because it is not limited to the party in question, but includes all the terrorist and expiatory activities."The observers confirm that the political blocs exchange accusations and criticism among themselves on the law of parties, for the Iraqi List, said the law targets a certain component without the other, accusing the government of having to deal double with the file of the Baath Party such as  attacking in the country while it supports it abroad . In the view of the parties supporting the government that the objectors are handling double dealing towards that party for they attack it abroad while they support it inside the country.
