Maliki's government and his coalition confirm resolving the file of the neighboring countries opponents before the withdrawal by Kurdish remarks

Shafaq News/ The file of parties and organizations opposing  to the neighboring countries  returned again to cast its shadow on the political scene. While the government is seeking to end their presence on the territory of the country as the Law State announced, the Iraqia List coalition, called those political parties and organizations to resort to dialogue instead of violence. However, the Kurdistan Alliance bloc regarded as unlikely that the government could remove their presence, demanding at the same time not to be confused between the Kurdish parties, opposing to the neighboring countries and the People's Mujahidin Organization.
According to MP State of Law coalition bloc which is a part of the National Alliance Hadi Yasiri in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that "Organizations and parties that constitute a threat to neighboring countries will leave before the withdrawal of U.S. troops in order to control the security situation internally, and improve relations with other countries."
The MP for the coalition of law state, Sadiq Allabban had confirmed earlier to "Shafaq  News", that the government rejects the existence of any organization on its territory, working against the neighboring countries, including the "People's Mujahidin Organization of Iran, which stained its hands with the blood of the Iraqi  people," stressing that the government is exerting pressure on the organization to take it out of the country.
"The Iraqi constitution recognizes the rights of neighboring countries and supports the principle of non-intervention care for them and respect their sovereignty, which makes it imperative to end the presence of organizations and parties stationed on Iraqi soil that are hostile to those countries  ." He added.
It is scheduled to withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraq by the end of this year under the negotiated agreement entered by the U.S. administration under President George W. Bush with the Iraqi government in 2008.
" When Turkey and Iran, bombed the border areas of the Region, they do not want to hit the Iraqi Kurdish citizens, but it is their response to the repeated violations committed by the opposition forces  of those two countries," For his part, MP for the Iraqia List, Mudhhir al-Janabi, said  in an interview with "Shafaq News" stressing that "Neighboring countries will not violate the country's borders after the settlement of the differences with those parties and organizations. "
"The opposition parties and organizations are to stop the armed operations so that these countries may stop the bombing of Iraqi border areas," Al-Janabi, who is a member of the security committee in the parliament said , noting that "resorting to dialogue is the best way to resolve problems and end the armed conflict."

The border villages and areas of the region of Kurdistan are being  exposed to the Turkish and Iranian continuous bombardment as Iran says it is pursuing the elements of the Iranian Kurdish opposition movement "PJAK", while the Turkish authorities say that they by shelling are targeting PKK fighters who operate on the Iraqi-Turkish border bar.
" The government is not able to end the presence of parties and organizations opposed to the neighboring countries on Iraqi soil." The leading figure of the coalition of Kurdish blocs, Mahmoud Othman, said in an interview with "Shafaq  News " urging the government not to be confused with the Labour Party and the Kurdistani Party of Free Life and the People's Mujahidin Organization of Iran ".
"The Kurdish parties opponents of Turkey and Iran, are two national parties, and they are defending the rights of their people, so they can not be counted as a terrorist organizations," Othman added ,noting that "The PMOI has a different status from what Kurdish parties are."
The Kurdistan Alliance bloc MP confirmed on  "The need of the governments of neighboring countries having to follow peaceful means with those parties and organizations and not to continue with the language of violence."
It is said that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki announced last September the formation of a tripartite committee comprising Iraq, Iran and Turkey to end the movement of "PJAK", and the PKK party in the border areas of the Region.
The Iraqi government issued last August, a decision of ending the presence of Mujahidin Organization of Iran, and defined it as a terrorist organization involved in killing Iraqi civilians.
The PMOI was founded in 1965 to overthrow the Shah's regime. After the fall of the Shah's regime as a result of the Islamic Revolution, in which MKO had a major role in its victory after the Shah had executed  its founders and many of its leading members. But after the revolution ,differences emerged between them and the Iranian new regime, which reached after two and a half years to the level of fighting between the two sides in a continuous heated conflict until now.
