" Iraqi Trinity " crisis cast its shadow on Baghdad and Erbil and predict future shifts

Shafaq News/ The political process in Iraq witness a dynamic continued set of interactions and implications cast a shadow on the overall situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan region, and allows the observers concerned with political affairs of Iraq to a voice in the interpretation of these implications and to look at the results.
Some of them felt that the political debate does not benefit the Iraqi people on the diversity of factions, while others argue that such debates are necessary to resolve the pending issues which are extremely important, for example the dispute over oil and gas law, whose vote and passing  has being delayed long ago, as well as Article 140 file  .
Those differences are mainly highlighted in the positions of the blocs of the Kurdistan Alliance and the law state and the Iraqia bloc has entered on the line of differences to make its own contribution to an exciting subject of competence of the federal government and the vote of no-confidence in the light of its differences with the law state on the Council of strategic policies.
Relations between Erbil and Baghdad in recent  days witnessed significant tension after the statements made by President of Kurdistan Region Massoud Barzani on the background  of the draft law of oil and gas being submitted for the reading in the Iraqi Council of Representatives against which the Kurds have objections noted by a number of politicians, which led to the issuance of contrary statements from the Prime Minister of federal government Nuri al-Maliki and members of the bloc headed by law state.
Fouad Hussein says in a statement delivered by the site of the Kurdistan Regional Government, that "The Kurdistan Region President sent a letter to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki about the problems currently plaguing the region's relationship status with the centre ."
He added that "the message carried by the Deputy Prime Minister Rose Nuri Shawaiz stresses the need for Iraqi government commitment to the Kurdish paper claims, and that outstanding issues  by serious and effective steps and not by releasing of statements and promises and words."
The arrival of a delegation from the Kurdistan region to Baghdad was planned under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Barham Saleh, but the visit was postponed under the condition of  the Kurdish leadership that Baghdad government to give assurances to implement its demands.
For his part, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki declared that the draft law of oil and gas is taking its  course of legislation, but he stressed at the same time the possibility of amendments that can be made by the Iraqi parliament.
Maliki said in a press conference in Baghdad that "The Council of Ministers voted in advance on the draft law of oil and gas, and then sent to the House of Representatives, the bill becomes ready in the hands of the Legal Committee."
However, he said that since this draft raised a lot of controversy with the Kurdistan Region, "The cabinet vote is not counted as a final decision."
The spokeswoman of  the Iraqi List, Maiysoon Aldamaluji said to "Shafaq News" that "The Iraqia list has got future plans to confront the policies of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki but we will not announce them now in order not to lose their impact."
It is said earlier that the Iraqia List, confirmed that that the position of a coalition of law state will not affect the vote about the National Council for the strategic policy within the Council of Representatives.
Damaluji explained that "The policy of the coalition of law state, aimed by  procrastination and  postponement and pleading by the Constitution to reject the Council of strategic policies, to disrupt the Iraqia List."
The head of the Iraqia List, Iyad Allawi announced his giving up the National Council for the strategic

policy because of "procrastination" of the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki  for legislating  the Council and the implementation of the agreements that emerged from the desk of the President of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani, as the Iraqia List suggested, the possibility of reverse its leader for his decision.
The Iraqia list denied in an interview with "Shafaq  News", its abandonment  the Council of strategic policies, counting it  as a necessity at this stage to stand against what it called "autocracy."
In this regard, the Kurdistan Alliance bloc the owner of the initiative to form the current government, rejects the calls to cancel the Policy Council and to  be claimed as unconstitutional because it constituted one of the Erbil agreements.
The MP for the Iraqia List  Mohammed al-Khalidi said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that "there are changes that may occur in alliances, of  the blocs will be clear landmarks after the end of the meetings of the President of the House of Representatives Osama Nujaifi, with regional president Massoud Barzani," adding that "these changes will lead to change the map of  the political process in the country. "
He said " It is the right of the political blocs within the constitutional and legal contexts to form coalitions or alliances and to re-examine  some of them."
However, al-Asadi, who is counted to be  close to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, diminished the possibility of forming any new alliances for the time being, justifying that as "The lack of possibility for this."
Thus, the Iraqi citizen became in the midst of a tug of war at a time people in the center and south suffer of the urgent need for services and tackling  the corruption rampant in state institutions under the shade  of the escalation of political discourse, which the citizen hopes to end to radical solutions and just political consensus to help him to cross the ordeal and manage, while the citizen in Kurdistan of Iraq  is looking forward to resolve the outstanding issues and passing the crisis.
