Shafaq News/ The accident of "Nukhaiyb" which revealed that an armed group kidnapped a bus coming from Syria, carrying about 30 people, including 22 men as well as a number of women and children and the execution of the men who were shot dead, was just about to  raise dangerous implications due to the tension that accompanied it, and those that caused it.It was once the news of the incident was delivered a military force belonging to the Karbala governorate council stormed Rutba district which belong to Anbar governorate and arrested ten people, including the mosque Imam with the charges of involvement in the bus Nakhaiyb incident ,in which  twenty two people were killed who were are from Karbala and Salahuddin and Anbar and Baghdad.
And resulted in The arrest of some people from Rutba caused Dulaim clans Prince Ali Hatem al-Suleiman to threaten  to "cut the hand" of the Da'awa Party led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, in case of "failure of returning  the ten detainees from Karbala to Baghdad."

"The process of their being transferred to the governorate of Karbala, and not to the capital, Baghdad would be a cause of sectarian strife borne by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki." He added.
In response to that, the coalition of law state Demands not to  "trespass " and make unsubstantiated accusations against the religious and political streams ,heading  by the Da'awa Party, pointing out that these actions will lead to raise "sectarian sedition."
In the midst of the crisis and the escalation of statements and counter statements, says Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that he is following developments of Nakhaiyb incident, stressing that he would not allow " Anbar insulting."
"There are attempts of ordeal foment among the Iraqi people," said he  adding that the suspects in the incident, " are being held in Baghdad."
The Security and Defense Committee said that  some government officials "clearly violate" the Constitution and the norms, demanding at the same time the  government to do negligent accountability without exception.
"The situation in the country does not please anybody, and the Iraqi people pay for the illegal actions of politicians and political leaders," The MP Hamid al-Mutlaq said  in an interview with "Shafaq News" ,adding that "there is a clear violation of the Constitution and the law and norms and the law of the governorates that were trespassed by some officials in Karbala. "

, "The country has got a law and a Constitution, and the government should activate this law by negligent employee accounting starting  from  the biggest of the state to the smallest so that this law is respected by the Iraqi citizen." He confirmed.
For its part, the Iraqia List led by Iyad Allawi, said the Nakhaiyb incident and the subsequent "tresspassings" of state officials confirm the existence of the " clear abolition " of the role of commander in chief of the armed forces and laws and regulations, so , the deterioration of the current security confirms the importance of partnership in decision-making.
The consultant of the Iraqia List, Hani Aashoor said in a statement "Shafaq  News"  received a copy of "The Nakhaiyb incident and the martyrdom of a number of Iraqi citizens at the hands of criminal gangs revealed the failure of the security strategy in Iraq," stressing that the current situation in the country for "the real deterioration of security to which the  Iraqi political leaders drew the attention , and it shows  the importance of national partnership in decision-making. "
And what appeared to be an end to statements and accusations, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki announced , the release of all  Rutba detainees "for lack of evidence against them," as he emphasized that the incident "was given more than its size."
Maliki has said during a joint press conference with parliament Speaker Osama Nujaifi, "The Iraqi judiciary ordered the release of prisoners of Rutba for lack of evidence against them, and we respect the decision of the judiciary," asserting that "the

judiciary is the owner of the final decision."
Thus the curtain brought down on the events that case came close to causing a great loss for the political process and the cause of national reconciliation and partnership by the continued escalation of sectarian strife foment, as some were seeking to re-tension to the streets of Iraq as a prelude to creating an appropriate atmosphere to the strife that gripped the country during  years 2005 2007 which led to the deaths and the displacement of thousands of Iraqis because of what he called a "sectarian  fighting ".
