in respond to the demands of the Kurdish opposition, they announced their willingness to participate in the meetings of the Five.

According to MDC spokesman Mohammad Tawfiq Gorran "The issuance of decisions by the President of the Kurdistan Region is a positive step, because those decisions were in response to the  opposition demands," hoping to "see their way to the implementation to resume the Five meetings."

Tawfiq says that "the issuance of this decision paves the ground for the resumption of the Five meetings in the near future."

The head of the Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani, has issued, the day before yesterday, the resolutions according which he returned the grants to  the opposition parties and promised to hand over the accused to the competent courts and not to arrest any one without court orders and the lifting of sanctions of  the followers of the opposition.

The Politburo member and spokesman of  the Kurdish Islamic opposition group, Mohammad Hakim explained that the opposition "deal positively with the release of the four resolutions issued by the regional president Massoud Barzani," adding that "it is scheduled to resume the  meetings of the Five after the end of the Eid holiday, because the issue of resuming depended on  our consent, . After the issuance of these decisions, and implementation of our demands we have no excuse to boycott the meetings.
