Kurdish volunteers to defend the disputed areas

Shafaq News Media sources revealed the formation of a group calling itself…
the (volunteer forces to defend Kurdistan) in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and called on political parties and young people to support in defending the land of Kurdistan.
The sources quoted from the group that it demanded in a statement "all political parties and the Kurdish and Iraqi civil society organizations" to provide support for the protection of "areas of Kirkuk and Jalawla and Sa'adia, Qaratapa and Dozkhormatu and Mandili."
"our doors are open to all Kurdish citizens, , regardless of their political affiliation, to defend the land of Kurdistan alongside with the Peshmerga forces being deployed in these areas." The group said.
