and other nationalities in Baghdad confirmed that there are wide disparities in Kurdish language curricula between the Region and the center, while the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said that most of the Kurdish Language graduates at the University of Baghdad do not master speaking it  including the "head of the  department ."
"The existence of  wide variation in the curricula of the Kurdish language impacted  negatively the outcomes of the students studying in the Region who were already studying abroad,". The director of the Kurdish study and other nationalities Hussein Aljaff said in an interview with (Shafaq News) . He attributed  this to the lack of coordination mechanism between the Region  and the federal Education Directorates .
