Baghdadi Journalists protection law is derived from the Kurdistani law and it is not free from defects

revealed that  the journalists rights law voted by the Iraqi Council of Representatives a few days ago, had drawn many of its clauses from the law of the press organizing in Kurdistan, noting that there are many gaps in it.

Azad Mohammed Amin told Shafaq that "the journalists protection law  voted by the Iraqi Council of Representatives a few days before, is  the first step in the development of legislation and laws governing the press in Iraq."

He explained that the " The law of the journalists rights  with its 19 points  is a benefit for all workers in the field of journalism.
