He underlined the possibility for these farmers to  get agricultural loans worth tens of millions of dinars .At the same time the Commission on Article 140 is distributing  thousands of compensatory checks to the families in Khanaqin and Mandili.:"The Property Claims Commission has opened two branches in Diyala to accelerate complied applications of the citizens treatment ," noting that "this means that there is a seriousness in accelerating the pace of work," expecting  to "complete all applications by the end of the year."
