Wednesday, the Iranian government to compensate Iraq for its moral and material damage as a result of the first Gulf War not in reverse .
The first Gulf War broke out in 1980 between Iraq and Iran to continue to 1988 ,then the two parties signed a ceasefire agreement. The war left a million dead and the financial losses of $ 400 billion.
The MP Qais Shathir said in an interview with Shafaq " Iran demanding for financial compensation for the first Gulf War is a clear fallacy as it insisted on the continuation of war. Therefore, Iraq should demand compensation for its material and moral damage, not in reverse ."
