of the Council of Representatives, on Thursday, and sent copies to the three presidencies of the Republic and the Council of Ministers and the Council of Representatives, in which it explained the deteriorating security situation prevailed in Jalawla and Sa'adia, which is going from bad to worse."
The statement calls for "quick action by the government to form a joint forces to control the security situation in these areas," pointing to "the consequences of the slowdown due to the sensitivity of the security situation because of the Kurdish component being subjected to the terrorist operations by the armed groups of killing, threats and displacement."
" In case of the lack of rapid response by the government to this requirement, the Kurdish side will respond to the call  for help issued by the public and shall deploy Kurdish Peshmerga forces to protect the lives and property of civilians in those areas ." The statement warns.
