governorate of Sulaimaniyah in the Kurdistan Region that Iranian border guards have pulled out the pillars that draw the borders between Iraq and Iran and entered Iraqi adjacent lands to a depth of more than 1000 meters and re-erected the pillars.
The Spokesman for the protection forces of the Kurdistan Region Jabbar Yawar, denied the report, and  said in a press statement yesterday " We received no official information that confirms the Iranian side manipulation in the border pillars. That is why we did not care about the news that the citizens are circulating .

The Consul General of Iran in Erbil denied, the news, and said in a press statement that "the borders are official, and no one is  allowed to violate them  ," adding that "The Iranian side has already formed joint security committees with the Kurdistan Region that  communicate with each other in case of anything."
The first deputy of Iranian President Mohammad Ridha Rahimi, visited Baghdad last week, heading  a high level delegation of 200 people, including Iranian businessmen . They discussed the situation in the region in general and the developments in Iraq, in particular with the senior Iraqi officials.
At the time in which the President of Iraqi Council of Representatives Osama Nujaifi, called Rahimi when meeting him in Tehran to stop shelling the Kurdish border villages, while demonstrators took place in  Baghdad and Unbar to denounce the Iranian official visit and the continued bombing of Iraqi border villages.
