Regional Government and Masaki Matsushima, director of the agency, JICA of Japan in the region and general managers in the ministry , the signing ceremony of a project to develop horticulture and agricultural directions between the Ministry and JICA took place on Sunday in the Ministry Office.
The project contains two phases, the first is (first and second year) including identifying new technologies and explaining it in the institutes and, and agricultural research centers. Also it includes the construction of the fields and trimming and fertilization of greenhouses and marketing. As for the second phase , which is (the third year to the fifth year) it includes the directions and the identification and assessment of the techniques among peasants. The main objective of the project is to increase the field crops in the governorates of
the Kurdistan region.
