An economist Suggests a way to ensure the Iraq's water rights

Iran and Syria to guarantee the rights of Iraq's water from the rivers," The economist Adnan Swaini said on Sunday in an interview with Shafaq "There are shy conversations taking place in these countries that may push officials in some of the pitfalls, even though we have the pressures papers that can be used in order to obtain our water rights, stipulated  in the international laws and resolutions." He added .
Zwaini added that "The seriousness of the water issue is that it determines the fate of societies and nations, as it is an economic commodity that is subjected to laws like supply and demand and diminishing crop ."
"Turkish exports to Iraq are estimated to be billions of dollars annually, and we can use this pressure paper on Turkey," He added, asserting that "The same thing can be applied with Iran and Syria."
