Kurdistan Ministry of Education rescind the appointment of international Kurdish artist Ja'afer Kaka Yi

Shafaq The international Kurdish  artist Ja'afer Kaka Yi revealed  on Saturday that the decision of his appointment…

as a teacher at the Institute of Fine Arts in Khanaqin belonging to the  Ministry of Education in the Kurdistan Regional Government was canceled.
The artist Kaka Yi, expressed his surprise in an interview with Shafaq  for this decision, especially the official attitudes have emphasized the need to attract qualified scientific and academic Kurdish people  operating abroad and take advantage of their  accumulated experience to serve the comprehensive development process taking place in Kurdistan.
The Kurdistan Regional Government has announced in the middle of last May its decision to cancel appointments of the ministries and official institutions staff that were issued since the beginning of this year. It  justified the issuance of  this decision by non availability of legal requirements and their  appointments  were done illegally without the Prime Minister's knowledge about this  process and the signing of orders of appointments by the President of the Bureau without the knowledge of the Prime Minister.

It  stressed that the decision was made to contain the corruption that took place in the government because of partisan conflicts and it excluded the

employees of the Internal Security Forces and the Ministry of Health.
