Shafaq Claims for formation of a special region for the Faily Kurds…

Observers believe that the issue of forming the region of the Faily Kurds will cause arguments  and oppositions between the political blocs as happened on other regions projects. However, the coalition of Kurdish blocs counted the formation of the Faily Kurds as a legitimate right of this section.
" The coalition of Kurdish blocs supports the establishment of a region for the Faily Kurds within their areas that were deducted from the Region of Kurdistan. Therefore there must be application of Article 140 of the Constitution before that ," Mahma Khalil the MP from Kurdistan Coalition bloc said  in an interview with Shafaq "There is a negligence on the part of the federal government in the application of Article 140, and no matter what have been, they are obliged to apply it in accordance with the agreements of Erbil within the region's president Massaud Barzani initiative".
