the establishment of a special region of the Faily Kurds.
Muafaq Faily said in an interview with Shafaq  "One of the main problems that may be a barrier to the establishment of a special region , for the Faily Kurds is the geographical area," adding, "When we talk about the concept of Faily Kurds we can not talk about specific geographical area in Iraq."
He said, "Faily Kurds do not need in this period to these proposals because there  would be a bidding about their cause," explaining that "Faily Kurds section need at this stage laws enactment  to regain  their rights, and to enact legislation that encourages their return to the homeland from the diaspora."
The activist and politician Tha'ir Faily revealed before in an interview with Shafaq that Faily Kurds would demand the establishment of their own region , if marginalization by the government continued.
It is said that the Faili Kurds are spread over areas of Badra ,Jassan ,Zurbatia ,Khanaqin ,Mandili ,Jalawla  , Kut , Haiy and Ali Algharbi  .
