needs to teach the principles of human rights in all curricula, while the Iraqi minister of human rights revealed that Baghdad ratified 77% of the former recommendations of United Nations for human rights.
Today Sunday in Baghdad, the conference of the National Consultative Human Rights started under the auspices of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the participation of civil society organizations from Baghdad and the governorates headed by the Kurdish House in addition to the organizations from the Region of Kurdistan, and the parliamentary Commission on Human Rights.
Human Rights Minister Mohamed Shia'a Sudani said in a speech during the conference that "Iraq ratified 77% of the previous recommendations of human rights. "
The representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq said :"The National Action Plan draft for Human Rights in Iraq is one of the recommendations of the 135, which was accepted by Iraq as a part of a comprehensive international review of the conference put in Geneva in February last year. "
