Naftkhanah area is known to the residents and historians. It is  a deducted area from Kurdistani body, and not disputed, as promoted by the chauvinists and sectarian factions of the quotas in the "" democratic Iraq ". " {} . It was existed before the forming of the Iraqi  state in March 1921, and before the Bedouin Faisal Bin Al Hussein  was brought by the pre-colonial English and enthroned as the king of Iraq.
The people of the city of Khanaqin { The greatest district in Iraq} are disgusted, and feel cheated because of the demographics changing of their city and its surrounding areas, and because  the central government not only changed the fields of Naftkhanah and deducted them from Khanaqin, but also it has changed their name into the name of  " "Diyala Fields ". Here it must be pointed that any attempt to change the demographic reality of the deducted areas will lead to the destruction of fraternal coexistence among the components of the people in the city and in Iraq.
