the existence of laws that hinder the Faily Kurds from getting their deprived rights and their Iraqi citizenship, while pointing out that the crimes of mass graves and transmigration will not be repeated in the new Iraq.
Maliki said during a speech on the occasion of National Day of the Martyrs of mass graves in the Ilwiyya Club in Baghdad which was attended by Shafaq Radio delegate that "the dictatorial regime had classified the Iraqi people into two classes, A and B, and the latter category were the victims of displacement and mass graves, including Faily Kurds."
Maliki said that "The Faily Kurds, despite the injustice and the offense they were subjected to but they did not receive their full rights because of some laws and legislations", (He did not mention).
