The author sheds light on the most important Baghdadi Kurdish councils and their literary and social activities, which extends over a space  of ​​time since the end of the Ottoman Empire up to 1958.
The writer Aljaf has already published series of researches under the title "Kurds outside of Kurdistan,"  in the newspaper "Alta'akhi" in which he addressed the most prominent Kurdish figures, , whose stars brightened outside Kurdistan in the intellectual, political and literary fields, including Sheikh al-Islam, Najmalddin Kurdi Naqshbandi as well as the Prince of poets Ahmed Shawqi, where the researcher could conclude that Ahmed Shawqi was born of  Kurdish parents. Also he wrote about the writer and thinker Mahmoud Abbas Al Aqqad in one of the "Kurds outside Kurdistan' episodes .
