" It is supposed that the political blocs participating in governmental collection to determine their position towards U.S. forces staying , "asserting that "The views of political blocs with respect to this matter are different. "
He explained that "The question whether the U.S. troops should stay or not needs a consensus of the political blocs, in order to reach to a decisive decision and cut and root out the opinions and rumors and speculation, " noting that "This matter is sensitive and it concerns all Iraqi people."
