the formation of  a regional security system containing  some of the countries in the region, including Iraq, mentioning  that the formation of such a system would enable maintain security and stability in the countries affiliated to it, while a security analyst assured the lack of readiness and ability of the Iraqi army to join that system If it was formed.
This comes at a time in which the Iraqi army chief of staff, Babakr Zebari called, on Tuesday, in a statement issued by his office after meeting with Iranian ambassador Hassan Danai'i, to form a regional security system comprising Iran to maintain the security of the region.
The member of the parliamentary Security and Defense Committee Hassan Jihad in an interview with Shafaq said that "A system of regional security depends on the visions of the region's countries and their strategic security relationship with each other," describing "A system of security formation in the region is  important at the moment and it has the ability to maintain security and stability within its states members."
