called workers in Iraq to make more effort to achieve development and growth in various sectors of the economy . Dr. Tawfiq Yunan Abdullah said  in an interview with Shafaq that "What we want from the Iraqi workers is not only the celebration of their feast , but more effort and work to eliminate unemployment," adding that "That  would increase production at all levels, and if we started by reducing the unemployment it would mean the evolution and growth and development in the sectors of the economy. "
Abdullah stressed that "Workers are the cornerstone of all economic or social development, whether in Iraq or in the whole world."
