that the amnesty should include all innocent people in Iraq . Wathiq Al-Hashemi said in an interview with Shafaq that "All the political blocs are trying to exploit the issue of amnesty for their interests ,"He said :"I believe that amnesty should include all the innocent people in this country, and must include all those who have committed things that did not hurt the Iraqi people."
However, Hashemi said, "But those who
committed the crimes against the Iraqi people such as killing and terrorism and bomb attacks and the embezzlement of state funds and other heinous acts must remain in prison."
