"The government should cancel all the decisions and actions taken against the Faily Kurds, and it must also make decisions to return to them their properties and their rights usurped by the chauvinist dictatorial regime," adding " Kurdistan Regional Government is responsible for making pressure on the central government to restore respect for the Faily Kurds, and return all rights of citizenship to them, because this is the least that can be provided for this segment after it had offered the dearest things they owned for the sake of the nation and the Kurdish issue."
