Shafaq Muhammad Ali the deputy head of the Social and Cultural Association For the Faily Kurds said in an interview with Shafaq that :..

" The Property Disputes Settlement Body did not settle the applications of the Faily Kurds demanding to restore their real estates , lands and other properties except few of them.

Explaining :" The state departments treat the Faily Kurds the same way as the former regime's officials were doing with them.

He added that :" When the Faily Kurds go to the identity certificate department some of the department officers tell them that they are Iranians, so they would not deserve to have an Iraqi identity. He  wondered :" Are not we genuine Iraqis ?"

Indicating that " Some of the Faily Kurds families that demand  to restore their confiscated houses by their occupants , but those occupants force them to pay huge amounts of money in exchange for leaving them though the Kurds had occupied them for  three centuries."
