Iraqi government directs the completion of Faily Kurds transactions and Baghdad: We are continuing in compensation of their displaced.

Shafaq News/ The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, directed the province of Baghdad to speed up and facilitate the procedures of transactions of compensation of Faily Kurds.

The mayor of Rusafa A'adil Ja'afar said to "Shafaq  News" that " Rusafa District Administration  continues to promote the transactions of  Faily Kurds to compensate them for the immovable property confiscated by of the former regime."

The Council of Ministers, pledged earlier, to remove all the bad effects caused by the unfair decisions made by the former regime against the Iraqi people from the Faily Kurds such as  dropping the Iraqi citizenship and confiscation of movable and immovable properties  and other usurped rights.

Ja'afar said that "the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers as well as the province of Baghdad and face-to speed up and facilitate the procedures for transactions for compensation according to law of Faily Kurds No. 16 Special."

He said the "offices of the Administration has so far treated the completion of 15 compensation transactions for the Faily Kurds."

The exposure of thousands of Faily Kurds to the operations of the displacement by the former Iraqi regime began on the 4 April 1980, where they were deported to Iran after the confiscation of their movable and immovable properties , and documents supporting such as nationality and a certificate of Iraqi nationality under the pretext that their origins go back to Iran, forcing some of them to change their names to safeguard their lives and their families from murder and displacement.
