Kirkuki: The referendum on the constitution complete our federalism and opposing people backed away from returning it to the Parliament

"

 

However, Kirkuki added "The number of claimants to return him to parliament did not reach the 60-member," explaining that "the brotherhood of Christians and communists retreated from their position demands it."

Kirkuki said that "the shortage suffered by our people now is the Constitution, which is an important step for the integration of the federal status of Kurdistan Iraq," calling on politicians not to make observations about it and leave it to the people of Kurdistan to determine the existence or not of the deficiencies. "

In response to a question about the possibility of a conflict the Constitution of the Kurdistan Region with the Iraqi constitution said Kirkuki "There is an ad hoc committee spent seven years for the preparation of this constitution is not inconsistent with the Iraqi Constitution," adding, "If there were passages in which opposed the Federal Constitution, it is the right of the government challenged the Federal Court ".
