Shafaq News/ The coalition of law state, on Saturday , confirmed that Iraq is keen to establish a strategic relationship with neighboring countries, including Turkey. He criticized the recent statements by Turkish Prime Minister Rujab Tayyib Erdogan,
and he described them as the "dream of the old man or what was called the Ottoman Empire."The Turkish Prime Minister Rujab Tayyib Erdogan has warned Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in front of his party's deputies in the parliament, last Tuesday, "that Ankara will not remain silent if there is a confrontation in Iraq in the form of a sectarian conflict."The MP of the coalition of law state Mohammed Saiyhood said in an interview with "Shafaq News" "The statements of Prime Minister Rujab Tayyib Erdogan is a blatant interference in Iraqi affairs and are counted as an incitement to sectarian violence in Iraq," stressing that "the volume of trade exchange between Iraq and Turkey has reached more than 10 million dollars. "
He said that "if Turkey continued on its present course, this will affect their interests in Iraq," adding that "the Turkish intervention in Iraqi affairs is completely unacceptable and we will not allow them to do."
Khudair Khuzaie the Vice President of the Republic during his meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad, Younes Dimirer, last Wednesday, described the Turkish Prime Minister Rujab Tayyib Erdogan as " provocative", and it affects the relations between the two countries, stressing that Iraq does not need who advises it to keep its components away from sectarian conflict
