Shafaq News / Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways said in the reported statement to" Shafaq  News" that the Council decided today to "repeal all dissolved resolutions of the Commission on the north of Kirkuk and." The Kurdistan Alliance bloc said in the first day of the month of November of last year,the presidency of the Council of Ministers taking over the Report of the Committee of Article 140 on the abolition of the decisions of the Committee on the north of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council.
It is said that the dissolved Revolution Command Council, had formed a committee to affairs in the north for the Arabization of the Kurdish areas in the provinces of Kirkuk, Diayala and Nineveh, the Kurdish tribes and the replacement of Arabs.
The Committee for the North has issued several orders of the most prominent, to replace properties of  Arabs to become part of the province of Kirkuk, and ownership of peasants coming to the land expropriated by the specific land station sheep of Daquq distributed to the Kurds to members of the Arabic clan Bu Aatha, and requiring the agricultural land contractors not to run non-Arabs where, in addition to the distribution of land and the transfer of records to the people according to the plan and proposals   of  the Housing Committee of the Arab tribes.
