Shafaq News/ A member of the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region, said on Thursday, that 60 members of various parliamentary blocs have prepared a project to reconsider the terms of the Constitution of the Region and sent it to the presidency of the parliament. The member of the opposition Change movement in the parliament, Abdullah Mullah Nuri said, "sixty parliamentarians belonging to different political blocs in the Kurdistan Parliament have prepared a draft amendment for (the Constitution of the Kurdistan Region) for more than three months, " noting that "the project was referred to the presidency of the parliament on Wednesday" .

He said "Regarding  the lack of the referendum on the draft constitution of the region so far and it is remaining  as a certified law, the return to parliament only need to modify this law," explaining that "this law is treated as any another normal law."
The draft Constitution of the Kurdistan Region has been validated at the end of the second parliamentary session of the Parliament of the Region , and it is counted as  one of the main points of disagreement between the parties of the opposition and the authority, except the desire of some members of the Kurdish bloc to return the project to the parliament.
