Shafaq News/ Baghdad Operations Command, announced  on Tuesday, it will present second confessions  of another set of protection elements of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi during the next 72 hours.The Iraqia semi-official satellite channel quoted the spokesman for the Baghdad Operations Command, Qasim Atta, the "Important Confessions of a second set of protections elements of  Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi will be unveiled during the next 72 hours."It is noteworthy that al-Hashimi, and a number of protection individuals who were accused of  "terrorism" issues are existent in the Kurdistan Region since the issuance of arrest warrants last month against them . The Interior Ministry of Kurdistan rejected its Federal counterpart request  to hand over Hashimi to Baghdad.

The Supreme Judicial Council announced, last Sunday, its rejection of Hashimi request to transfer his case from Baghdad to Kirkuk, saying to keep the case in Baghdad, after the General Assembly in the Court of Cassation, consisting of 19 senior judges had considered his application.
