Shafaq News/ Baghdad Operations Command announced it will demonstrate confessions it described as important of a second set of protections elements of  Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi will be unveiled during the next 72 hours, indicating that the initial confessions of the al-Hashimi protection elements  "include 3 terrorists including brigadier general in the Ministry of the Interior."The spokesman for the Iraqia List, Maysoon Damaluji  in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that "It is meant by the timing of the confessions presentation of another group of the protection elements  of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi to defeat the whole National Congress ", accusing unnamed parties of , " exploitation of Iraqi satellite channel to offend accused figures who have their right to be subject to a fair trial. "She demanded the Supreme Judicial Council to stop showing these confessions, "because the law stipulates that the accused is innocent until his conviction is proved, and these practices will affect the functioning of the judiciary in the country."

Damaluji Called "Iraqi satellite channel to refrain from the display of such a confession as it is a channel to represent the people of Iraq, and the commitment to neutrality and not to become a mouthpiece for some of those," pointing to the " confessions presentation as they  would worsen the situation in the country and will have repercussions on the economic and psychological" conditions of the citizen

The Supreme Judicial Council announced, last Sunday, rejection of Hashimi request to transfer his case from Baghdad to Kirkuk, confirming to keep the case in Baghdad ,after the General Assembly of the Court of Cassation, consisting of 19 senior judges had considered his application.
