Shafaq News/ According to a police source in Basra province, reported on Saturday, that the suicide bomber who blew himself up on visitors to the step mosque was distributing pieces of "cake" on them, as he emphasized that the outcome of the bombing stood at 200 killed and wounded."The suicide bomber who targeted visitors of Imam Hussein death anniversary on the road linking Al-Zubair in Basra city was distributing pieces of cake for visitors traveling to visit the Mosque of step," adding that "he blew himself up when a policeman tried to search him. " The source, who asked not to be named said in an interview with "Shafaq  News",

"The blast caused killing and wounding 200 people including women and children, and elements of the police." He explained .
