Shafaq News/ Kurdistan Alliance bloc, revealed on  Wednesday, the presence of security and political reasons  that prevent the presence of the Kurdistan Region President Massoud  Barzani, the National Conference if it is held in Baghdad, expecting  however, that the Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shaways will represent him . The head of the office of Kurdistan presidency  Foua’ad Hussein, has revealed, on Tuesday, in a press statement that the region's president Massoud Barzani will not participate in the national conference in the event of holding it in Baghdad.

"There are many reasons that make Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani, not to attend the National Conference in the event of holding it in Baghdad, including deteriorating of the security situation and the escalation between the political blocs," The MP of the coalition of Kurdish blocs Ashwaq  Aljaff said in an interview with "Shafaq  News"  asserting that "all These reasons make Baghdad as not suitable place for the conference. ", "Erbil has adopted the meetings that resulted the formation of the current government and the conclusion of agreements between the political blocs.
