Shafaq News/ The Kurdish political leadership, counted  on Wednesday, the question of Chief of Staff of the current Iraqi army Lt. General Babiker Zebari removal as crossing  the red line for the Kurds.The adviser of the prime minister for the region of Kurdistan A’adil Berwari said in a press statement that "The dismissal of chief of staff of the Iraqi army Lt. General Babiker Zebari as bypassing  of the red line for the Kurds," stressing on "the need to inform the President of the Kurdistan Region on the matter and get his approval before Baghdad to make this change. "

Berwari expressed his belief that "the failure to inform Barzani  about the matter, will have got  another meaning."

Some former reports suggested  that there is  a "changes campaign ” in senior positions in the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the Chamber of Baghdad, said that changes would include all of the Army Chief of Staff Babiker Zebari and President of the Chamber of Baghdad, Ahmed Hashim, Chairman of the Chamber of Rusafa Abdul Karim Izzi and a number of subsidiary positions .
