Kurdistan Parliament: The legal position of Nawroz Telecom is sound and we l do not rule out political motives behind the Reber stopping

Shafaq News/ parliament declared the Kurdistan Region, Tuesday, for the work of Nawroz Telecom company and its brand (Reber Quik) for Internet service, legally sound, pointing to the possibility of political motives behind the stop work in the province of Sulaymaniyah. The deputy head of the municipal services, telecommunications, transport and tourism in the parliament, Jamal Taher, told the "Shafaq  News" that "the parliament of the Kurdistan Region hosted today the Minister of Transport and Communications in the government with the office manager and general manager of Communication ", stressing that "the minister and his companions presented adequate explanations for the work and the performance of Nawroz Telecom company and their legal status. ", "Our Committee has reached the final outcome of our meeting today with the Minister and the clarifications provided by the legal status of the company are legally sound," Tahir said ,explaining that "the Commission has reached fully convinced that there is no legal justification for the decision of the province of Sulaymaniyah to stop services of (Reber Quik) after identification of views of beneficiaries and non-performance of their complaint. "

The province of Sulaymaniyah, had decided last month to stop works of Nawroz Telecom Company, which provides Internet service to about 70 thousand users of the citizens to under the pretext that it did not have approval to work in the province , which was denied by the company, and it confirmed the safety and legal status.
