Shafaq News/ "Twilight News" got on Sunday, the names of the victims of Faily Kurds from one family that was on board of the wooden boat which sank off the coast of Indonesia last month, while traveling to the territory of Australia. The writer and activist of the civil rights defense of the Faily Kurds Munira Umid Revealed in a statement to "Shafaq  News", "Nine people from one family were killed in the incident, of  the sinking ship . They were traveling towards Australian territory, on the eighteenth of December last year. , " This family were among 238 people crammed aboard by the smugglers on the rickety wooden vessel that launched from Indonesia. " She added.According to Umid " The nine people are the family of a Faily Kurdish man named Abdul Salam Mahmoud Zadeh, from the Malikshahia Kurdish clan .It was among the families that was deported by the dictatorial regime of Saddam early eighties of the last century, from Baghdad to the Iranian border under the pretext of subordination to Iran "

" The victims were the wife of Abdul Salam, his three sons and his sister and his uncle with his wife and their two sons. " She added.

"The wife of Abdul Salam Mahmoud Zadeh is called: Hadiya Hashemi, and his three children: Fatima, Arslan, and Ardalan, and his sister called Nada Mahmoud Zadah, and his uncle is called: Ra’ad Pier Mohammadi, and his wife is  Ghaniyah Hashimi (a sister of Hadiya Hashemi, wife of Abdul Salam Mahmoud Zadeh) . They all had lost their lives and their bodies have not been found. " She explained

"This family had lost its cousin in another sinking ship in 2001 named Walid Abdul Karim Jizani," adding that "Nobody was saved  from this family and its members were seen drowning." She noted.

"the total of the survivors of the ship was only 38 people, and non of them was from the Faily Kurds," She said  adding that "The total of bodies recovered was  78 bodies from the sea, and also non  of them was from the Faily Kurds  .

"The Indonesian authorities had informed the families of the victims, including the Faily  Kurds that they had  closed the file of this issue last December 21." Umid said .
