State of Law: The Case of Hashemi prove whether Kurdistan is a part of Iraq or not

Shafaq News/ The coalition of law state, linked on Sunday, between the delivery of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi by the authorities of the Kurdistan Region to the federal judiciary, and the position of the Region in its emphasis on that it is a part of Iraq, stressing that there is no immunity to anyone before the courts, whatever his position in the Iraqi state .The MP of the coalition of law state Mohammed Saiyhood said to "Shafaq  News", "the attitude of the authorities in the Kurdistan Region of Tariq al-Hashemi delivered to the federal judiciary will show that the region is a part of Iraq, as Kurds officials say or not."The Iraqi Interior Ministry, demanded on Saturday, the Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Region to hand over Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi and his fourteen companions against whom warrants arrest have been issued in accordance with Article "4 terrorism."

"the Hashemi issue is purely legal and can not be discussed by any political party, and al-Hashemi should come to the court to prove his innocence if he is innocent." Saiyhood explained .

And on the request of the federal Court from the Region, to deliver Hashimi, Barzani said that "the judiciary in the Region of Kurdistan is an independent body unrelated to the body of the judiciary in Iraq."

The Kurdistan Alliance had said, earlier, that the authorities of the Kurdistan Region has not received any memorandum of request from the federal judiciary to arrest Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi to hand him over to Baghdad, noting that Tariq al-Hashemi, and the Iraqia List, believe that the federal judiciary is politicized and it lost its independence
