Law State: Hashimi leaving out of Iraq will prove the charges against him

Shafaq News/ State of Law coalition announced on Thursday that the departure of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi out of Iraq will prove the charges against him and he would  be convicted instead of being  accused, while stressing that it is making efforts to restore Iraqia to the Parliament and Cabinet. "al-Hashimi has to come to Baghdad and stand in court to prove his innocence if he is  actually innocent, according to the claim," The MP the coalition of law state, Khalid al-Asadi said to "Shafaq News" ,adding that "his escape out of Iraq will prove the charges against him and he will have judgment in absentia."A source revealed to "Shafaq News", that Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi sought asylum in Jordan while the Jordanian side stressed that they are studying  the subject.

And on the continuation of Iraqia's boycott of the meetings of the House and Ministers Council al-Asadi said that "The coalition of law state and the of all the blocs of National Alliance are making efforts to restore the Iraqia List to the legislative and executive powers." Said he.

The political scene in Iraq is witnessing  exacerbation of  the crisis between Iraqia, and the coalition of law state, against the backdrop of demand Prime Minister to withdraw confidence from his deputy, Salih al-Mutlaq, and he  accused Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi, of "terrorism" and the issuance of a warrant arrest against him, after the Ministry of Interior had  presented confessions of a group of his protection elements  that contained his conviction.
