Liberal bloc to reveal some reservation for the paragraphs of the anti-terrorism law

Shafaq News /The MP for the Liberal bloc and the member of the security and defense committee  Hakim Zamily said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that anti-terrorism bill is before the committee and it is currently studying it for submission to the House of Representatives for the first and second reading and then enacting .Zamily said that the Liberal bloc has some reservations on the provisions in the articles of the draft law, and there is no consensus between the blocs at the moment.The bill provides that the death penalty will be punished by each of the Use of arms or any harmful substance or any other means of committing a terrorist crime to destroy or demolish, damage, or disable or disrupt functioning system or damage to buildings or property and public facilities allocated to government departments and the public sector and government departments and enterprises industrial and private property.

It is noteworthy that the bill would remove anti-terrorism law No. (13) for the year 2005 and will apply the provisions of the Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969 and the Arms Act No. (13) for the year 1992 and the Code of Criminal Procedure No. (23) of 1971 and the Law of Public Prosecution No. (159 ) for the year 1979 unless otherwise stipulated in this Law  about it.
