Shafaq News/ the parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Monday, that there will not influence from the current political crisis on approving the budget in 2012, pointing out that the parliament will discuss the transfer of the unannounced projects to the provinces to work
on their achievement.It is scheduled that the House of Representatives to discuss to the budget in 2012 in its session to be held on Tuesday,.
"The adoption of the budget will not require political consensus, and this issue is far from the disputes and outstanding issues, and it is settled between the political parties," The member of the Finance Committee Amin Hadi said in an interview with "Shafaq News" noting that "the Finance Minister Rafi’e al-Issawi called the House of Representatives to speed up the approving the budget in 2012. There are no objections from the Iraqia List, in this regard. "
"There are some observations from the coalition of Kurdish blocs on some paragraphs of the budget and will be discussed in the House expecting that the budget will be passed by the House of Representatives within this month." Hadi added .
The Iraqi government has approved the Federal Budget for the year 2012 .It valued at $ 100 billion, an increase of 22 percent from the previous year, with a shortfall of about $ 13 billion, as revealed by the parliamentary finance committee. The operating budget reached 70% of the 2012 budget.
