Shafaq News/ A legal expert, said Sunday, that the re-investigation in the case of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi will not cancel the arrest warrant issued against him, nor other measures except when  the new five members investigation committee to make  new different decisions. The Supreme Judicial Council announced in a statement issued today, "Shafaq  News", received a copy of, that judicial body which contained five members has decided to make the re-investigation, about the case of  al-Hashemi which was conducted by a single judge.The expert Tariq Harb said in an interview with "Shafaq  News" that "re-investigate the issue may be adopted in legal terms, many of the cases brought before the courts where re-investigated again but this is nothing to do with the actions and decisions of the former of which the arrest warrant and the prevention of travel ".

The Ministry of the Interior has displayed , Monday, confessions of three of the elements of the protection of Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi, their practical implementation of the assassination and the bombing of explosive devices in Baghdad with the knowledge of al-Hashemi, and at his direction .It has issued a jurisdiction arrest warrant according to Article 4, terrorism against al-Hashemi, according to the confessions.
