The Law State counted the opportunity to form a government of technocrats, as ( available ) in the absence of Iraqia

Shafaq News /The MP of the State of Law bloc Selman al-Musawi said to "Shafaq  News" that "today the chance to form a majority government, that rely on technocrats to run the ministries, became available  while the Iraqia ministers are absent under the pretext of boycotting the Council of Ministers. "The Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki did not rule out resorting to the formation of the political majority government  in the case of the faltering of the government of national partnership on the background of the recent suspension of Iraqia ministers to present at the meetings of the Council of Ministers.Musawi said, "When the Iraqis went to the elections, they expected  the formation of a strong majority government, matched by a strong parliamentary opposition that can achieve the aspirations of Iraqis in the services and construction , but what happened is the formation of a weak government which disappointed the electorate."

The parties in the National Alliance had earlier called for, forming  a majority government because of what they called a lack of understanding of the Iraqia List, of the political status quo, indicating that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will be forced to form a majority government because of the current political situation, especially the situation after the involvement of the Vice President of the Republic and leading figure  of the Iraqia List, Tariq al-Hashemi on charges of terrorism.

It is said that the political conflict between the coalition of state law and the Iraqia List has reached the far ranges on the back of an arrest warrant for Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi on charges of terrorism and in conjunction with the withdrawal of the last U.S. troops from Iraq.
